ASICS BeNeLux Merchandising team is seeking a proactive merchandiser to shape seasonal assortments and drive wholesale commercial success across BeNeLux, with a focus on the Foot Locker account.

You will translate market insights, performance data and customer requirements into commercially compelling ranges, working closely with Sales, Planning, Marketing and Category teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2–4 years in merchandising, buying, commercial planning or related experience.
• Sportswear, footwear, apparel or fashion industry experience with a passion for sport and consumer trends.
• Experience with strategic wholesale accounts and seasonal range planning.
• Strong commercial, presentation and communication skills.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to learn new merchandising systems quickly.
• Proactive, self-directed mindset.
• Fluent English (business level, written and spoken).
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, COUNTIFS, and text functions.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools.

At ASICS, you will join the BeNeLux Merchandising team, playing a critical role in shaping seasonal assortments and driving commercial success across the BeNeLux wholesale marketplace.

Working closely with Sales, Planning, Marketing, Category teams, and key external partners, you will help ensure that our product ranges reflect both consumer demand and customer needs while supporting sustainable business growth.

A significant part of your role will focus on the Foot Locker account, one of ASICS’ most strategically important wholesale partnerships. You will own the marketplace merchandising process for BeNeLux, translating market insights, performance data, competitor analysis, and customer requirements into commercially compelling seasonal assortments and range plans. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys taking ownership from day one.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead seasonal range planning for the BeNeLux wholesale market.
