Job summary

ASICS EMEA in Hoofddorp is seeking an Inventory Allocation Analyst to optimise stock across our retail network, analysing trading data and market trends to develop allocation plans that maximise product availability and sales performance. You will monitor key metrics and adjust replenishment to improve sell-through and stock productivity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in allocation within retail.
• Strong understanding of retail forecasting and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain commercial stock positions for assigned stores or channels, considering sales performance, customer demand, store capacity, seasonality, weeks of cover, lead times, and commercial priorities.
• Develop and execute allocation and replenishment plans for the assigned channels, based on customer demand, stock levels, seasonality, and commercial priorities.
• Monitor store and channel performance regularly identifying opportunities to improve stock availability, sales, sell-through, and inventory productivity.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support stock management, future planning, and commercial decision-making.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock performance through key metrics such as stock turn, sell-through, weeks of cover, and stock availability, recommending actions where needed.
• Partner closely with market teams to resolve stock-related issues and drive business performance.
• Prepare and present trading reports, supporting weekly trade meetings and ensuring follow-up on agreed actions and deadlines.
