Job summary

IQ Messenger in Dordrecht is seeking a Healthcare Account Manager to create new commercial opportunities and approach IT managers and department heads within healthcare organizations.

You will drive growth, develop a sales plan, report activities in HubSpot, and bring a strong Dutch and English language capability, an entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to travel across the Netherlands and internationally.

Qualifications

• Background in sales within healthcare preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct contact with long-term care organizations in the Netherlands; may attend international clients and events.

• Supporting healthcare organizations in improving work processes using the IQ Messenger platform.
• Accurate reporting of activities in HubSpot CRM.

What are you going to do?

The demand for smart solutions for alerting and personal safety is growing enormously, especially now that long-term care organizations are seeking future-proof ways to support care staff and improve work processes.

IQ Messenger is growing and is looking for a passionate Healthcare Account Manager who creates new commercial opportunities. You will approach IT managers and department heads within healthcare organizations and convince them of the power of our NEN/ISO and medically certified software platform for critical alerting and personal security.

How do you do that?

At IQ Messenger, personal development is central. In the initial period, you will work closely with experienced commercial colleagues. Together, you will visit the healthcare organizations you have excited about our product. This way, you will get to know our solutions inside and out before heading out on your own.

Your responsibilities

• Direct contact with long-term care organizations in the Netherlands, introducing our integrations and applications. There is also the possibility of attending international clients and events.
• Developing and executing a sales plan with a focus on achieving your revenue targets and attracting new business clients.
• Supporting healthcare organizations in improving work processes related to alerting and communication using the IQ Messenger platform.
• Accurate reporting of your activities in our CRM system (HubSpot).
• Thinking level: You have a higher professional or university (HBO/WO) thinking level and preferably a background in sales within the healthcare sector, but this is not a requirement.
• Knowledge: You have an affinity with Healthcare, business processes, and software, and know how to effectively apply this knowledge during acquisition.
• Independent: You feel at home in a dynamic, ambitious environment and demonstrate initiative, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance.
• Social: You have strong communication skills at all levels (board of directors, management, direct colleagues)
• Commercial: You are energetic, analytical, eager to learn, headstrong, and a true ‘hunter’.
• Positive: You see opportunities instead of risks and are always looking for new possibilities.
• Languages: You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
• Creative: You know how to open doors at healthcare organizations and are bursting with fresh ideas to share with them.

Additionally, you live within an hour’s drive of Dordrecht and are in possession of a driver’s license.
