Job summary

Page Personnel is seeking an immediately available Programme Manager to lead end-to-end governance for Marketing workstreams across design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare.

You will coordinate global stakeholders across Marketing, Tech, R&D, GBS and external partners, tracking progress, risks and dependencies, with clear mitigation and escalation. Hybrid work arrangement in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in PMO or project management within large transformations or separations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end programme management for Marketing workstreams across all phases (design, build, testing, go-live, hypercare).
Coordinate global stakeholders (Marketing, Tech, R&D, GBS, external partners) to ensure alignment and execution.
Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, with clear mitigation and escalation.
Manage programme governance, including stage-gate readiness and go/no-go decisions.
Ensure testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment readiness across markets and teams.
Oversee training, change management, and business adoption of new processes and tools.
Support go-live execution and post-launch stabilization (hypercare).
Drive smooth transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations and GBS handover.
Maintain integrated plans, reporting, and executive-level visibility on programme status.

Profiel

Immediately available for 40 hours/weel
10+ years' experience in PMO or project management roles within large-scale transformation or separation programmes in a multi-geography, multi-disciplinary environment
Strong understanding of deployment planning, governance, and risk management.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder networks across multiple geographies.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, RAID systems)
PMO or MSP accreditation desirable
