Job summary

DLA Piper is looking for a Marketing Operations Team Leader to oversee the delivery of high quality marketing support services for the GSC. The role spans communications, brand and events, pitching, and other business development activities, with responsibility for scoping work and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant marketing operations experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects across geographies in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Line management including performance management and coaching for the GSC Marketing team.
• Plan and manage transitions and onboarding; ensure procedures are followed and documented.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction; collect and analyze feedback.
• Lead day-to-day operations and manage team workload to meet the SLA.
• Provide hands-on support in delivery of tasks within the GSC Marketing scope and escalate as needed.
• Collect, interpret and present Management Information on key performance metrics.
• Create and maintain process documentation and reports.
• Share best practices across the GSC Marketing team.
