Capital Group is seeking a Country Marketing Manager for the Netherlands & Nordics to deliver high-quality client marketing activities across the region. You will implement regional strategies within budget, run events, campaigns, content localisation, PR, and analytics, while supporting local business development teams.

Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred, with 5+ years of financial industry marketing experience. The role offers competitive compensation and benefits with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years marketing experience in the financial industry within the Netherlands.
• Experience across the broader region including Nordics is advantageous but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English; Dutch fluency preferred.
• Strong business analysis skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate and manage delivery of key initiatives across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute region-specific marketing strategy and plans in the Netherlands & Nordics.
• Organise events, campaigns, localisation of content, PR, analytics, and campaigns with partners.
• Support day-to-day activities of local business development teams; advise on toolkit usage.
• Localise the sales toolkit as needed and deploy toolkit elements in local market.
