Marketing Manager (Volunteer)

Are you passionate about social media, design, and content creation? AI4ALL Women is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand and engage our community through compelling digital content. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in social media management or experienced marketers eager to contribute their expertise to a meaningful cause.

Who We Are

AI4ALL is a nonprofit do-tank founded in 2024 in the Netherlands. Our mission is to empower everyone to create accessible and inclusive AI that addresses the biggest challenges facing women, the planet, health, and future generations.

We recently launched AI4ALL Women, a network of diverse female leaders in AI committed to driving ethical AI innovation, championing diversity, and advocating for inclusive policies in the tech industry. We achieve this by amplifying diverse voices, fostering collaboration, and shaping a responsible AI future for women.

Our team consists of 55 passionate volunteers, leading four key programs:

• Mentor: Connecting female mentees with mentors to accelerate their AI careers.
• Entrepreneur: Supporting female entrepreneurs in launching AI startups.
• Youth (Activate): Inspiring young girls to explore AI careers.
• Educate: Upskilling women across industries with AI knowledge.

We also organize three flagship events: the AI4ALL Awards, Summit, and Gala—bringing together leaders, innovators, and change-makers in AI.

How We Work

• The AI4ALL Women’s team meets twice a month—once online and once in person.
• Volunteers commit approximately 3-5 hours per week to their role.

About the Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for growing and engaging our online community across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating visually compelling social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
• Coordinating with the digital team to ensure the website remains updated with fresh content.
• Crafting engaging copy and storytelling that encourages followers to participate in our programs and events.
• Managing digital ads (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive awareness and engagement.
• Collaborating with partners and sponsors to meet marketing deliverables and increase visibility.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Has experience with social media marketing and content creation.
• Has basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma) to create visually engaging posts.
• Is tech-savvy and quick to learn new digital tools.
• Is a strategic thinker with a strong ability to execute and deliver results.
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented—you love bringing structure to creative processes.
