The Bastard | BSTRD is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive growth, sharpen brand positioning, and increase visibility across markets.

You will lead campaigns, develop content briefs, coordinate activations and project management, and work closely with Sales, E-commerce, Product Development and external agencies to seize opportunities for international growth.

As Marketing Manager for The Bastard | BSTRD, you are responsible for the growth, positioning, and visibility of a brand that is much more than a barbecue.

The Bastard | BSTRD stands for fire, craftsmanship, and a bold perspective on outdoor cooking. It is a brand with a strong community, a distinctive identity, and ambitious international growth plans. You understand what makes the brand unique and know how to further strengthen that brand experience in everything we do.

This role is designed for an experienced marketer who thrives on building, organizing, creating, and delivering. From campaign development and content briefings to activations and project management, you stay close to the execution and ensure that plans are successfully brought to life. If you are looking for a role focused on managing a marketing team, this is probably not the right fit.

You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, E-commerce, Product Development, and our in-house marketing production team. In addition, you will collaborate with external agencies, international distributors, and other partners. At the same time, you will continuously monitor market developments, consumer behavior, and commercial opportunities that contribute to the further growth of the brand.

You combine strategic thinking with a strong ability to execute. You spot opportunities, take initiative, and enjoy building a brand with international growth ambitions. You think ahead but are equally willing to roll up your sleeves and turn plans into reality.
