Job summary

Mileway is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our Amsterdam team for a six-month paid internship starting around August–September 2026. You will work closely with Asset Management and Marketing, gaining hands-on experience in real estate marketing and digital campaigns.

You will update the Dutch website, help create marketing materials, and participate in events while learning from experienced colleagues in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university program for the full duration of the internship.
• Last-year student pursuing Marketing, Communications, Real Estate or a related field.
• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) and conversant English.
• Available to work 3–5 days per week.
• Demonstrates motivation to learn and develop quickly in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Dutch website by updating assets (photos, floor plans, descriptions, etc.).
• Collaborate with Asset Management to deliver marketing tools (brochures, virtual tours, etc.).
• Support digital (CRM, newsletters) and physical (signage) marketing journeys.
• Assist Marketing team during client and broker events.
• Help with daily marketing tasks.
• Monitor the marketing budget.

You will become part of a young and dynamic team, work alongside colleagues from all over the world, and collaborate closely with our Amsterdam-based Asset Management and Marketing teams.

Guided by experienced colleagues, you will actively participate in the marketing of our asset portfolio and contribute to the deployment of our marketing strategy. What you'll do

• Maintain the Dutch website by updating available assets (photos, floor plans, descriptions, etc.);
• Collaborate with the Asset Management teams to deliver marketing tools (brochures, marketing materials, virtual tours, etc.);
• Participate in the deployment of the digital (CRM, newsletters, etc.) and physical (signage, etc.) customer journey;
• Support the Marketing team during client and broker events;
• Assist the Marketing team with their daily tasks;
• Monitor the marketing budget.

What you'll bring

Education: Last-year student (Applied Sciences / University), currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related commercial field.

Experience: Ideally with some initial (internship) experience in Marketing or Real Estate.

Languages: Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) and a good command of English.

Mindset: You demonstrate a genuine desire and motivation to learn and develop quickly in a professional environment.

Availability: You are available to work between 3 and 5 days per week.

Good to Know Before You Apply

Unfortunately, we can’t provide visa sponsorship. You’ll need to have citizenship of the country where the role is based or EU citizenship.

This internship can’t be used as part of a thesis, and Mileway information can’t be used for academic work, even if the company name isn’t mentioned.

You’ll need to be enrolled at your University for the entire duration of the internship (around 6 months), and you must get credits out of this Internship.
