Job summary

Vinted Group in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is seeking a Manager of Data Science & Analytics in Marketing to lead a team of 4–6 data scientists and decision scientists. You will shape measurement strategy for attribution, media mix, and LTV modelling, while driving scalable, AI-powered analytics across marketing.

You’ll collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Engagement teams to translate data into actions, mentor talent, and advance our in-house framework.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative background in data science, statistics, economics, maths or CS.
• Experience leading or managing a team of data scientists or analysts.
• Ability to explain complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with attribution, media-mix and lifetime value modelling.
• Comfort with Python, SQL and analytical tooling in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Data Science & Analytics team (4–6 members) and foster growth.
• Own measurement strategy including attribution and media-mix modelling.
• Build scalable, self-service analytics using AI tools to speed up work.
• Balance hands-on work with leadership of high-impact projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Brand and Engagement teams.
