Job summary

myenergi is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist Europe to join our Maastricht team. The role focuses on turning plans into campaigns across Benelux and DACH with ownership of campaigns, events and partner activities.

Based at our Maastricht office, you will manage calendars, content and campaigns, support commercial partners, and analyse performance to deliver measurable results across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with attention to brand consistency.
• Practical experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, websites or CMS.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, product launches, events, agencies, suppliers or commercial partners.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the European marketing and campaign calendar, including product launches and promotions.
• Manage digital channels and content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, creating engaging copy, graphics, photography and video.
• Create and manage customer and partner communications, newsletters, website content and product information.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and co-branded collateral.
• Coordinate trade fairs, partner events and training sessions with suppliers and venues.
• Support partner marketing with distributors and service partners, including CRM data and lead follow-up.
• Coordinate agencies and suppliers from briefing to final delivery and monitor campaign performance.
• Monitor marketing performance using campaign data and market insights while tracking budgets.

What will you do?

As Marketing & Communications Specialist Europe, you will be based at our Maastricht office, where you will turn marketing plans into practical, visible and measurable results.

Your responsibilities include:

• Plan and coordinate the European marketing and campaign calendar, including product launches, promotions and seasonal activities.
• Manage myenergi’s digital channels and content, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, and create engaging copy, graphics, photography and video.
• Create and manage customer and partner communications, including newsletters, website and landing-page content, product information and other digital communications.
• Develop and maintain marketing and sales materials, such as brochures, datasheets, presentations, training materials and co-branded partner collateral.
• Coordinate trade fairs, partner events, exhibitions and training sessions, managing suppliers, logistics, registrations, promotional materials and follow-up.
• Support partner marketing and commercial activities with distributors, service partners and other stakeholders, including CRM data, audience segmentation and lead follow‑up.
• Coordinate agencies and external suppliers and manage projects from briefing and production through to final delivery.
• Monitor and improve marketing performance, using campaign, social media and email results alongside market and competitor insights, while keeping track of marketing budgets and reporting.

In short, this is a broad European marketing role where you create, coordinate, organise and analyse and see the direct impact of your work.

We are looking for a hands‑on marketing professional who combines creativity with structure and enjoys working in an international environment.

Requirements:

• Professional fluency in either Dutch or German is an essential requirement for this role.
  Candidates who do not meet this language requirement cannot be considered for the position.
• Relevant experience in a broad marketing, communications or marketing coordination role.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for brand consistency and detail.
• Practical experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, websites or CMS platforms, and CRM systems.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, product launches, events, agencies, suppliers or commercial partners.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
• A proactive, structured and commercially minded approach, combined with the confidence to work independently and collaborate across international teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe for trade fairs, partner events and training activities.
• Good working knowledge of a third language is strongly preferred.
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform is a strong advantage.
