Job summary

Recornect is seeking a marketing & communications intern to join our team and contribute to a major rebranding project that shapes how we connect with audiences.

You will create content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and the website; write blogs, testimonials, and interviews; help set up online campaigns or events; manage social media channels; perform SEO/SEA optimization and email marketing; and support graphic content creation.

Qualifications

• You are social, curious, and not afraid to share your ideas.
• You have a way with words and know how to connect with people through your writing.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
• You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications or marketing.
• Interest in mental health and correctional facilities is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.

As our new marketing & communications intern, you will be a fully integrated member of the team. You will:

• Create content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and the website
• Write and contribute to blogs, testimonials, and interviews

• SEO/SEA optimization and email marketing
• Support the creation of graphic content and promotional materials (if you have a knack for it)
• Track data and analytics to see what works – and what doesn't

We are currently in the middle of a rebranding project where we are overhauling everything, so you can make a real impact! In short: you will have plenty of freedom, but you will never be on your own.

Job requirements

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications or marketing
• You are social, curious, and not afraid to share your ideas
• You have a way with words and know how to connect with people through your writing
• Experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
• You have an interest in the world of mental health and correctional facilities (experience is not required, but interest is)
• You have strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus
