Job summary

Suntory Holdings Limited is seeking an Market IT Service Delivery Manager in Amsterdam to ensure reliable, secure IT services across multiple markets. You will lead end-user support, infrastructure services, and local projects while driving operational excellence and a strong employee experience.

You will collaborate with regional IT teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and guide improvements to ITIL-aligned service delivery in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, operating systems, hosting environments, and telecommunications.
• Experience managing IT operations, service delivery, and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, networking solutions, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and external service providers.
• Understanding of IT service management principles, ideally including ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IT services across end-user devices, networks, connectivity and local infrastructure.
• Ensure IT services are secure, compliant and aligned with regional standards and policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and service quality.

• Identify and mitigate infrastructure risks ensuring business continuity and resilience.
• Coach and develop local IT team members while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

What You need to be successful

Experience & Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, operating systems, hosting environments, and telecommunications.

• Knowledge of technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Server, networking solutions, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
