You combine market insights with product knowledge and translate them into clear strategies. Working closely with colleagues worldwide, you play a key role in portfolio management and product development for Latin America.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Developing and coordinating the commercial introduction and trial plans per market segment, including sales objectives and forecasts for commercial and pre-commercial varieties.
• Actively gathering market and product insights together with a strong network of crop specialists, contributing to commercial strategies and breeding policies
• Identifying opportunities for new product development
• Advising the Strategic Crop Team on current activities and future directions
• Acting locally as client manager for key accounts
• Leading special local projects that add value across the entire value chain, connecting crop and local organizations
