Qualifications

A completed master's degree in agriculture, such as Horticulture or Biology.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, horticulture and/or product management.
Solid knowledge of vegetable crops.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate commercial introduction and trial plans per market segment.
Gather market and product insights with crop specialists to inform strategies.
Identify opportunities for new product development.
Advise Strategic Crop Team on activities and directions.
Act as local client manager for key accounts.
Lead local projects connecting crop and local organizations.
