Job summary

Praxis Automation Technology BV invites a Sales Engineer / Proposal Engineer to join the Sales Department, driving the sales process with cross-department support. You will translate client needs into optimized ship automation, navigation and hybrid propulsion solutions, while advising technically and commercially.

This role requires clear English communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to coordinate with Sales, Production and Logistics to ensure compelling proposals and smooth

Qualifications

• Translating client requirements into optimized ship automation solutions.
• Clarifying technical requirements with clients and finetuning hardware, software, cost and logistics.
• Excellent English communication, proactive and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track outstanding quotations with strong follow up.
• Answer client questions about proposals and specifications.
• Assess contract requests and payment terms for customers.
• Process incoming project orders and hand over to the Projects Department.
• Keep commercial documentation up-to-date such as price lists and reference lists.
