Job summary

Nature Cleaning, part of the Burando Group, is seeking a professional cleaner to join its maritime cleaning team based in Nieuwdorp. You will lead a small crew, plan how to clean tanks, installations, and equipment, and ensure safety and quality on-site at ports, terminals, or industrial sites.

You bring technical cleaning experience, a proactive mindset, clear communication, and Dutch language fluency with basic English.

Qualifications

• Technical insight and experience in industrial cleaning.
• Business acumen to spot opportunities and act.
• Clear communication and ability to lead a team.
• Fluent in Dutch and basic English.
• VCA and air respiration certification, or willingness to obtain them.
• Class B driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Discuss cleaning jobs with clients by phone or on-site.
• Determine cleaning approach for machines, equipment or tanks with hazardous residues.
• Brief and coordinate with your team to execute the plan.
• Visit colleagues on-site to assist and arrange additional work when needed.
• Resolve simple technical issues (filters/hoses) and liaise with suppliers.
• Workday starts at 7:30 a.m. in Nieuwdorp with 1–2 on-call shifts per month.
