Job summary

Qualifications
- Completed hands-on technical education in Electrical Engineering.
- Several years of experience with complex electrical systems and industrial power applications.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices and standards.
- Fluent Dutch and very good English communication skills.
- Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and application expertise to customers and sales teams during pre-sales.
- Act as trusted technical advisor during customer discussions, translating requirements into practical marine electrification solutions.
- Test, analyze, and validate power converters and drive systems in Gorinchem test facility and use insights to improve applications.
- Commission, troubleshoot, and optimize complex marine systems including motor drives and converters.
- Perform diagnostics using oscilloscopes and support customers on-site across the EMEA region.
