Job summary

Acta Marine in Rotterdam is seeking a Planned Maintenance System Coordinator to manage MARAD data, maintenance tasks and documentation. You will work with vessel crews, Vessel Superintendents and Technical Superintendents to ensure accuracy and consistency of maintenance information across our fleet.

• Experience with planned maintenance systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Residence in Rotterdam area or willingness to relocate locally.

Responsibilities

• Act as central MARAD Super User and promote consistent use across the fleet.
• Maintain equipment databases, maintenance tasks and technical information.
• Configure MARAD settings and coordinate with Technical Superintendents.
• Train crews and office staff in MARAD and create user guidelines.
• Assist data analysis, reporting and system documentation.
