Job summary

Delft Circuits seeks a Product Owner – Manufacturing Systems (ERP/MRP) to elevate our Odoo manufacturing environment. You will define the data structure, own the roadmap, and drive sprint-by-sprint implementation from production tracking to knowledge capture in one system.

This hands-on role requires ownership mindset and the ability to transform operations. You will report to the COO and contribute to scaling our Cri/oFlex platform across the plant.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field with a strong manufacturing focus.
• Proven record of delivering ERP or internal tools in manufacturing environments.
• Experience shipping software projects or ERP modules and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define the full Odoo manufacturing structure: products, BOMs, work centers, routings.
• Build and own the implementation roadmap — executed in sprints.
• Align stakeholders across R&D, Production, Quality and Operations.
• Manage the Odoo specialist and implementation consultant.
• Drive adoption: train, document, and make change stick.
