Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking a project support role to help deliver investment and engineering projects in a manufacturing environment. You will work with seasoned PMs and engineers from planning through execution, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, SHE, Procurement, and suppliers.

You will track progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables, and prepare documentation, presentations, and status updates, while learning Henkel's Project Management Framework.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of investment and engineering projects in a manufacturing setting, meeting safety, quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Work with experienced PMs and engineers on projects from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, SHE, Procurement, and suppliers.
• Track progress, milestones, risks, and outputs, with clear stakeholder communication.
• Assist in preparing project documents, presentations, reports, and status updates.
• Gain hands-on experience with Henkel PM Framework and build PM skills.
