What you´ll do
- Support the successful delivery of investment and engineering projects in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Work alongside experienced project managers and engineers on projects from planning through execution and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, SHE, Procurement, and external suppliers.
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, presentations, reports, and project status updates.
- Gain hands‑on experience with Henkel's Project Management Framework and develop practical project management and stakeholder management skills.
What makes you a good fit
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in project management, engineering, manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
- Initial experience gained through internships, academic projects, student associations, or relevant extracurricular activities.
- Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools is considered a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a hands‑on and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and within a cross-functional team environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Available to start your internship in October or November 2026 and commit to the full internship duration.
