Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Applied Physics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial operations in high‑tech or medical devices.
• Hands‑on mentality with attention to documentation and execution.
• Quality mindset with knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes for high yield and reliability.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve root causes and minimize disturbances.
• Lead replacement and qualification of critical equipment and processes.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis using 8D, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and DMAIC.
