Demcon Production in the Netherlands is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to keep our complex production lines running smoothly and continuously improve processes. You translate customer requirements into manufacturable productions, work closely with operators, and drive lean initiatives to reduce defects and downtime.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (HBO) such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Product Design.
• Affinity with production, assembly, machinery and technical production lines.
• Practical mindset with hands-on problem solving.
• Strong analytical skills and root-cause problem solving.
• Team-oriented, with ability to work with operators, engineers, Quality and other disciplines.
• Interest in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.

Mansioni

• Supporting and technically managing production lines and production processes.
• Analysing disruptions and implementing structural solutions.
• Improving tooling, work instructions and processes.
• Ensuring manufacturability and quality, while managing technical risks.
• Initiating and implementing improvements together with Production and other disciplines.
• Applying and optimising continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, 5S, 5 Why, RCA and PDCA.
