Job summary

The Member Company. in Eindhoven is seeking a manufacturing process engineer who defines routing steps and work instructions within the process area, monitors production status, and provides guidance on NPI developments.

You determine manufacturability and process sequence in consultation with production, escalate issues to the Production Leader, and propose practical solutions. You also support the team in establishing required process times and initial costs, and you maintain the Process FMEA.

Responsibilities

• You determine the required routing steps and work instructions for each step within the process area.
• You monitor the production status and provide advice regarding NPI developments.
• You determine manufacturability and process sequence in consultation with production.
• You escape manufacturability or cost issues to the Production Leader and proactively propose possible solutions.
• You support the team in establishing required process times and initial costs.
• You are responsible for maintaining the Process FMEA.
