Job summary

SIRE Life Sciences is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst for its Zoetermeer manufacturing site. The role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, and controlling activities spanning free cash flow, balance sheet management, and corporate costs.

You will partner with PLT members and central Finance teams to drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant finance experience in a multinational.
• Experience in manufacturing/operations controlling is desirable.
• Strong understanding of planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own balance sheet and free cash flow forecasts, actuals, and variance reporting.
• Drive process efficiency and credible financial assumptions.
• Lead cash and credit governance forums and improve reporting quality.
• Own material cost variance analysis and related reporting.
• Manage period-end and year-end close processes with strong governance.
