Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in Zoetermeer is seeking a Financial Control Analyst to own balance sheet and free cash flow forecasting, drive governance improvements, and partner with senior operations leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and action plans. This is a high-visibility role in a multinational manufacturing environment.

The position requires 3–5 years of finance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and is on-site in Zoetermeer. Temporary Full-Time contract for 6 months.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance experience in a complex multinational environment, with operations/manufacturing controlling a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and rigorous data governance.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with non-finance stakeholders.
• On-site work in Zoetermeer; quick learner with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of balance sheet forecasts and free cash flow analyses.
• Lead credit & cash governance committees and improve decision quality.
• Deliver material cost variance analysis and translate drivers into actions.
• Strengthen S1 and full-year landing processes with finance teams.
• Act as a finance business partner to senior operations leaders.
• Partner with central finance teams on strategic roadmap delivery.
• Identify financial risks/opportunities and drive actions with stakeholders.
• Continuously improve finance control processes and tools.
• Manage stakeholders at site and regional levels.
• Act as process owner for internal controls and corporate cost Controlling.
