Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant Manufacturing Excellence to drive transformation in manufacturing and warehousing. You will lead projects across operating models, TPM and Lean implementations, and digital initiatives, collaborating with client teams and EY specialists.

Requirements include 3+ years in manufacturing/warehousing transformation, a Master’s degree in a technical field, and fluency in English plus another European language.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in manufacturing/warehousing operational excellence transformation.
• Master's degree in operations management or a technical/engineering discipline.
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
• Excellent analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Result-driven with pragmatic execution and conceptual thinking.
• Open to working abroad.
• Experience with data analytics in an industrial context and with automation software.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformative projects that improve client performance in manufacturing and warehousing.
• Support operating model design, plant and process improvements, and digital transformation journeys.
• Collaborate with implementation teams and client stakeholders to deliver value and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Apply TPM and Lean principles and manage change across operational domains.
