Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies in collaboration with the Sales department.
  • Apply Design for Assembly/Manufacturing (DFx) principles to optimize production processes.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in production processes using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and practical problem-solving methodologies.
  • Create and maintain work instructions, procedures, specifications, and reports.
  • Collaborate with Production Engineering and other departments to continuously improve process and product quality.
What We Expect

  • Knowledge of cleanroom assembly is an advantage, given the stringent requirements within the high-tech sector.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and Technical Product Documentation (TPD).
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
