Job summary

VHE Industrial automation B.V. in Eindhoven is seeking an assembly worker responsible for independent assembly of cables, cable bundles and electrotechnical modules from drawings and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Requires completed MBO 2 education in a technical field or proven fine-assembly experience.
• Flexible, stress-resistant, accurate and able to communicate clearly.
• Experience reading technical drawings is advantageous.
• Experience with hand and measuring tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cables, cable bundles and electrotechnical modules from drawings and instructions.
• Visually inspect for deviations and repair faults after tests.
• Maintain equipment and tools in the department and keep work area clean.

Job description

VHE is a high-tech company with approximately 150 colleagues and growing ambitions. As an assembly worker, you are responsible for the independent assembly of cables, cable bundles and/or electrotechnical modules on the basis of technical drawings, work instructions and procedures. Your work will include the entire process; from going through the drawings to making the cables and visually checking for deviations and repairing faults detected after visual and electrical tests. You are also responsible for the equipment and tools in the department that are made available to you and your colleagues. In addition, you take care of your own workplace and its cleanliness.

What do we expect?

• You have at least a completed MBO 2 education in a relevant technical field of study, or experience in fine assembly.
• You are flexible, stress-resistant, accurate and have good communication skills.
• Experience in reading technical drawings is an advantage.
• Experience with hand and measuring tools is an advantage.
• A good dose of motivation is a requirement.
