Job summary

ING is seeking a Customer Journey Expert to translate customer demand into Mandate management data services. You will co-create the feature roadmap, lead design sessions, and coordinate with engineers to deliver APIs and front-end components on the OnePAM platform.

Fluency in English and willingness to travel are important for collaborating across countries. The role combines product management, business analysis and change management in a hybrid work setting with offices in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree required.
• Interest in product management, software (API) development, business analysis & change management.
• Analytical mindset and ability to quickly pick up new concepts.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer demand into customer data services and use cases.
• Lead design and alignment sessions; document use cases, personas and scenarios.
• Co-create roadmaps and coordinate with squads for service integration.
• Ensure reusability of services across countries and support internal consumers.
