About your role
As a Manager People Consulting, you’ll be part of the People Consulting team. In our team we focus on the following competencies: Change Management, HR Transformation, Leadership & Culture, HR Technology, Talent & Skills and AI Adoption & AI for HR. As a manager in our team you’ll mainly focus on one of these competencies. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering complex transformation programmes to a successful conclusion, with a focus on organisation, processes, and people. This includes digital transformations, reorganisations, implementations, and process improvements.
- Managing complex projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation, ensuring that resources are deployed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Building strong connections with clients and proactively developing and maintaining long-term relationships, while identifying and leveraging commercial opportunities.
- Driving stakeholder alignment and buy-in for impactful transformation initiatives.
- Coaching and developing teams and colleagues, and acting as a role model within the organisation.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our products and services, particularly in the area of your specialization.

Your office
Eindhoven – our office is located in the heart of the innovative Brainport region, within walking distance of Eindhoven Central Station. It offers an open atmosphere, short lines of communication and typical Brabant warmth.
About your unique contribution
- An academic background and 6–9 years of experience in leading transformations that involve multiple people‑domains related to our competencies (e.g. Change Management, HR‑Transformation, Leadership & Culture, Digital‑HR, Talent & Skills, AI Adoption & AI in HR).
- Proven experience in leading and delivering large‑scale projects and transformation programmes in a consulting / project environment.
- Excellent command of Dutch (preferred) and English, both written and spoken.
- Results‑driven, with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
- Commercial experience in building sustainable client relationships, identifying and leveraging opportunities, and translating client needs into effective solutions.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people‑centred solutions.
- Experience and/or curiosity in how to deploy AI within people‑related processes.
