Job summary

About your role

As a Manager People Consulting, you’ll be part of the People Consulting team. In our team we focus on the following competencies: Change Management, HR Transformation, Leadership & Culture, HR Technology, Talent & Skills and AI Adoption & AI for HR. As a manager in our team you’ll mainly focus on one of these competencies. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering complex transformation programmes to a successful conclusion, with a focus on organisation, processes, and people. This includes digital transformations, reorganisations, implementations, and process improvements.
• Managing complex projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation, ensuring that resources are deployed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Building strong connections with clients and proactively developing and maintaining long-term relationships, while identifying and leveraging commercial opportunities.
• Driving stakeholder alignment and buy-in for impactful transformation initiatives.
• Coaching and developing teams and colleagues, and acting as a role model within the organisation.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our products and services, particularly in the area of your specialization.

About your unique contribution

• An academic background and 6–9 years of experience in leading transformations that involve multiple people‑domains related to our competencies (e.g. Change Management, HR‑Transformation, Leadership & Culture, Digital‑HR, Talent & Skills, AI Adoption & AI in HR).
• Proven experience in leading and delivering large‑scale projects and transformation programmes in a consulting / project environment.
• Excellent command of Dutch (preferred) and English, both written and spoken.
• Results‑driven, with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
• Commercial experience in building sustainable client relationships, identifying and leveraging opportunities, and translating client needs into effective solutions.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people‑centred solutions.
• Experience and/or curiosity in how to deploy AI within people‑related processes.
