Fujitsu is seeking a Manager in Management Consulting to lead the Benelux Wayfinders practice and deliver transformative outcomes for clients across multiple locations. You will drive consulting engagements, mentor teams, and contribute to market development while balancing delivery excellence with business development.

You will shape methodologies and offerings in IT Value Transformation and Data & AI, coordinating across disciplines to deliver tangible client value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience at Manager level in a tier-one consultancy or equivalent technology advisory role.
• Proven ability to manage workstreams or small engagements with delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Sector expertise in automotive or manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge in IT Value Transformation or Data & AI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop consulting methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators; share lessons learned.
• Draft significant portions of proposals and client presentations; identify follow-on opportunities.
• Lead delivery of small projects or major workstreams; ensure high-quality outputs and risk management.
