Job summary

INNOPAY, part of Oliver Wyman, is seeking a Manager to lead international client engagements in digital transactions. You will blend market knowledge with structured problem solving to deliver innovative, pragmatic solutions.

You will coordinate teams across projects, strengthen INNOPAY’s Dutch presence, and shape data-driven business models while navigating regulatory and technology challenges in payments and data exchange.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience at a top-tier consultancy or equivalent, with a focus on digital transactions or payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead international INNOPAY project teams and ensure high-quality delivery and client impact.
• Develop open, data-driven business models and advise on digital transformation for clients.
• Frame complex client challenges and translate insights into pragmatic recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and proactively manage engagement objectives and outcomes.
• Develop INNOPAY’s propositions and strengthen its Netherlands presence.
• Stay close to regulatory and technological developments in data and payments.
