Postcode Lottery Group in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Management Assistant to support the Group Data & Analytics Director, manage schedules and travel, and coordinate budget information with Finance. You will prepare meetings, agendas and notes, and follow up on actions in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will bring structure, adapt to changing priorities, and help keep projects on track.
As Management Assistant, you’ll support our Group Data & Analytics Director and help an international department work well together. You’ll manage schedules and travel, coordinate budget information with Finance, prepare meetings and follow up on actions.
Plans and priorities can change quickly. You bring structure to that environment, spot what needs attention and make sure the right people have the information they need. Every day at work, you’ll also be doing your part for the charities we support.
