The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking a Make-Up Artist to inspire clients with creativity and artistry while driving sales and meeting targets.

You will deliver personalized in-store experiences, leverage product knowledge, and contribute to the store's commercial success through excellent customer service and trend-aware makeup outcomes. Fluent in Dutch and English, you’ll join a global beauty brand offering training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• 2–3 years of professional makeup artistry experience.
• Degree or certification as esthetician/makeup artist is a plus.
• Luxury service: inspiring, authentic, personalized experiences.
• Able to meet/exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent service.
• Social media savvy and up-to-date with makeup trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work store hours, evenings, weekends, and events.
• Languages: Dutch and English.

While inspiring and educating clients, you will also maximize sales opportunities, recommend products confidently, and contribute actively to team performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
• 2–3 years of professional makeup artistry experience
• Degree or certification as an esthetician and/or makeup artist is a plus
• Expertise in luxury service: delivering inspiring, authentic, and personalized experiences
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service
• Social media savvy and up-to-date with the latest makeup trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
