Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Make-Up Artist to inspire clients with creativity and expert makeup artistry. You will deliver personalized service, educate customers on products, and contribute to in-store sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in beauty sales and 2–3 years in makeup artistry, with a passion for luxury service and current beauty trends. Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred, and flexible availability includes evenings and weekends.

In this role, your exceptional customer service, deep product knowledge, and mastery of makeup artistry will allow you to exceed expectations every day and contribute to the store’s commercial success.

While inspiring and educating clients, you will also maximize sales opportunities, recommend products confidently, and contribute actively to team performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
• 2–3 years of professional makeup artistry experience
• Degree or certification as an esthetician and/or makeup artist is a plus
• Expertise in luxury service: delivering inspiring, authentic, and personalized experiences
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service
• Social media savvy and up-to-date with the latest makeup trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
