Estée Lauder Companies zoekt een Make-Up Artist voor in-store experience & sales. Je inspireert klanten met creativiteit en vakmanschap, levert persoonlijke advies, en draagt bij aan de winkelprestaties.

Met 1–2 jaar sales ervaring en 2–3 jaar makeup artistry, ben je flexibel, beheers je Nederlands en Engels, en ben je gericht op luxe service en target-behalen. Training en groeimogelijkheden maken deel uit van het pakket.

Formación

• 1–2 jaar verkoopervaring, bij voorkeur in beauty
• 2–3 jaar professionele make-up artistry ervaring
• Diploma of certificaat als schoonheidsspecialist/make-up artist is een plus
• Ervaring met luxe service en klantgericht advies
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en talenkennis

Responsabilidades

Make-Up Artist – In-Store Experience & Sales

As one of our talented Make-Up Artists, you will inspire and delight clients with your creativity, skill, and flair — while also driving sales and achieving targets. In this role, your exceptional customer service, deep product knowledge, and mastery of makeup artistry will allow you to exceed expectations every day and contribute to the store’s commercial success.

You’ll bring each customer a personalized, memorable in-store experience, fueled by your love for beauty, people, and our trendsetting brand. While inspiring and educating clients, you will also maximize sales opportunities, recommend products confidently, and contribute actively to team performance.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
• 2–3 years of professional makeup artistry experience
• Degree or certification as an esthetician and/or makeup artist is a plus
• Expertise in luxury service: delivering inspiring, authentic, and personalized experiences
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service
• Social media savvy and up-to-date with the latest makeup trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Languages: Dutch and English
