The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Amsterdam to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, combining product expertise with a sales mindset. You will engage clients, tailor recommendations, and help the team meet and exceed daily targets.

Fluency in Dutch and English, 1–2 years in sales, and a passion for luxury beauty will support your success in a vibrant, trend-driven environment.

Formación

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
• 2–3 years of experience in a beauty role
• Degree or certificate as an esthetician, beauty consultant or similar is a plus
• Expertise in luxury service: delivering inspiring, authentic, and personalized experiences
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service
• Social media savvy and up-to-date with the latest beauty trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends and events
• Languages: Dutch and English
