Job summary

Role Description

As a Maintenance Work Planner (Production & Technicians), you will plan schedules, coordinate with production, decide when maintenance can be carried out, and ensure all technical preparation is in place so work can start efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the maintenance schedule for field technicians (preventive and corrective)
• Coordinate closely with production to determine suitable time windows for maintenance activities
• Decide when maintenance work can be carried out without disrupting production priorities
• Prepare and organise the necessary technical materials for scheduled maintenance
• Arrange work permits and ensure required documentation is ready
• Distribute maintenance tasks among technicians and keep relevant stakeholders updated

Requirements

• Experience in planning work for maintenance activities (preferred)
• Able to step into the role quickly and work independently
• Strong communication skills and a practical approach
• Comfortable working in a production environment and handling changing priorities
• Dutch is required; English is a valuable plus
