VistaPrint zoekt een onderhoudsmonteur voor de productielocatie in Venlo. Je zorgt voor continue bedrijfsvoering van onze productieprocessen door zelfstandig elektrische en mechanische storingen op te lossen en preventief onderhoud uit te voeren.

Je draagt bij aan verbeteringen in onderhoudsprocessen en bewaart alle technische documentatie. Vereisten zijn een technische opleiding en ervaring als onderhouds-/storingsmonteur, plus vaardigheid in Engels; Nederlands is een plus.

Qualifications

• Een technische opleiding (MBO-3/4 of HBO)
• Ervaring als onderhouds- of storingsmonteur
• Brede kennis van elektrische en mechanische techniek
• In staat tot werk in een 4-ploegendienst
• Goede mondelinge/w schriftelijke communicatie in Engels; Nederlands is een pluspunt

Responsibilities

• Storingen op electro- en mechanisch vlak analyseren en oplossen
• Preventief en reactief onderhoud uitvoeren
• Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van onderhoudsprocessen
• Technische documentatie en registraties nauwkeurig bijhouden
• Samenwerken met leveranciers en het eigen team bij technische vraagstukken

Our Team
You will become part of our Maintenance team—the 'silent heroes' who keep our advanced, high-tech production line running smoothly. You will work alongside a Manager, Supervisor, Maintenance Planner, and 19 Maintenance Technicians in a clean, dry environment in Venlo. Find out more about the team!

What You Will Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure the continuous operation of our production processes.

• Independently analyze and resolve complex electrical and mechanical malfunctions within our modern machinery.
• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
• Accurately maintain technical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with suppliers and your own team to solve technical challenges.

• A technical degreeMBO-3/MBO-4/HBO
• Experience as a maintenance or breakdown technician
• Broad knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical engineering
• Able to work in a 4-shift rotation
• Strong communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NEN 3140 and a willingness to become a NEN 3140 "Responsible Person" (Werkverantwoordelijke)
• A strong drive for continuous improvement
