OSI International in the Netherlands seeks a technical maintenance professional to uphold reliability and safety across production lines. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, document faults, and support operators to minimize downtime and preserve product quality.

The role requires an MBO-level engineering diploma, hands-on equipment experience, and the ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings. Dutch/English communication is essential, with a 2-shift work pattern.

Qualifications

• MBO-level diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Hands-on maintenance experience in a technical environment.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Proactive, flexible, team player with safety focus.
• Clear Dutch and/or English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Identify and resolve faults during production; document tasks in the maintenance system.
• Suggest improvements prioritizing safety and food safety.
• Guide operators and staff, sharing technical expertise.
• Make electrical and mechanical adjustments to improve reliability.
