Job summary

Fygi is hiring a Maintenance Technician for one fixed, highly automated logistics site in Utrecht. You will join an international maintenance team keeping about 14 kilometres of automation running 24/7.

The role is hands‑on and involves preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical components. English is the working language; Dutch is not required, and on‑the‑job training helps you grow.

Qualifications

• Practical maintenance, repair or assembly of machines with both mechanical and electrical components.
• Good spoken and written English; Dutch not required.
• Willingness to work a 5‑shift 2‑2‑2‑4 schedule; live within approx. 30 km of Utrecht.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults; replace bearings, repair shafts, check motors and sensors.
• Work in a shift team of 6–7, learning from engineers and advancing your skills.
