Job summary

GOODMORNING in Tiel zoekt een Technisch Onderhoudsmonteur om productieapparatuur veilig en efficiënt te onderhouden. Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan machines, diagnoseert storingen en draagt bij aan verbeteringen in het productieproces.

Werktijden: 40 uur per week tegen een bruto uurloon van € 15,98. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving met geautomatiseerde machines en installaties, met aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen.

Responsibilities

• Voer preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan machines en apparatuur.
• Diagnoiseer en repareer mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische storingen.
• Installeer, vervang en test technische componenten.
• Onderhoud conveyors, stackers en andere productieapparatuur.
• Registreer onderhoudsactiviteiten in het onderhoudssysteem.
• Ondersteun technische verbeteringen en help productieprocessen te optimaliseren.
• Volg alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en draag PPE.

By performing maintenance and repairing technical faults, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly.

About the company

You will work in the Technical Service / Maintenance department of a modern pallet service centre. Every day, thousands of wooden pallets are inspected, sorted and prepared for reuse using advanced automated equipment. Safety, teamwork and quality are key priorities, and you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure all machines and installations perform at their best. You will report to the Maintenance Leader.

What will you do?

As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment. Your daily tasks include:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults.
• Install, replace and test technical components.
• Maintain conveyors, stackers and other production equipment.
• Record maintenance activities in the maintenance system.
• Support technical improvements and help optimise production processes.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Working environment

You work in a modern production environment with automated machinery and technical installations. The temperature is normally comfortable but can become warm during the summer. Because wooden pallets are processed, the workplace can be dusty.
