Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an All-round Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability of production and utility systems in an innovative pharmaceutical setting. You’ll work in a continuous 5-shift scheme with colleagues to swiftly fix faults and implement improvements.

The role emphasizes equipment availability, reliability, safety and compliance with GMP standards, with a focus on sustainable process optimization.

Qualifications

• MBO-4 level in engineering or mechatronics preferred.
• Proven ability to diagnose and fix production equipment issues.
• Demonstrated focus on availability, reliability and risk reduction.
• Team player with good collaborative skills and safe working style.
• Valid B driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Locate, analyze and resolve faults on production and utility systems.
• Prioritize and coordinate work orders with operations and teammates.
• Perform maintenance, service and optimization on equipment.
• Analyze complex technical issues and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Identify maintenance improvements and implement optimizations.
• Ensure GMP, safety and compliance during tasks.
• Contribute to a safe work environment and support shift handovers.

Functieomschrijving

Als All-round Storingsmonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit van productie- en utiliteitssystemen binnen een innovatieve farmaceutische omgeving. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het optimaal laten functioneren van installaties die bijdragen aan de productie van ‘custom made’ geneesmiddelen. In een dynamische werkomgeving werk je in een 5-ploegen systeem (volcontinu) samen met collega’s om storingen snel en efficiënt op te lossen en verbeteringen door te voeren. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden en taken

• Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van storingen aan productie- en utiliteitsinstallaties
• Prioriteren en coördineren van werkorders in overleg met operations en teamleden
• Uitvoeren van onderhouds-, service- en optimalisatiewerkzaamheden aan installaties
• Analyseren van complexe technische problemen en delen van kennis met collega’s en contractors
• Identificeren van verbeterkansen in onderhoudsprocessen en systemen en implementeren van optimalisaties
• Waarborgen van naleving van GMP-, veiligheids- en compliancevoorschriften tijdens werkzaamheden
• Actief bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving en ondersteunen van teamoverdracht en samenwerking binnen ploegen

Vereisten en kwalificaties

• MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek of meet- en regeltechniek
• Aantoonbare technische ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving (bijv. als storings- of servicemonteur)
• Sterke expertise in het analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen
• Focus op installatiebeschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en risicobeperking
• Goede samenwerkingsvaardigheden en in staat om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen
• Proactieve en resultaatgerichte houding met oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
• In het bezit van rijbewijs B

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€35,000.00 - €53,360.00
