Job summary

Holland2Stay is seeking a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to streamline repair requests and keep building operations running smoothly. You will act as the main contact, assess reports, plan actions, and oversee deadlines while coordinating with suppliers and on-site teams.

You bring up to 5 years' relevant experience, strong Dutch and English communication, and an affinity with real estate. The role offers on-site work across residential properties and a structured, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 or equivalent.
• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in service desk, technical, or facility roles.
• Affinity with real estate or management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for repair and maintenance requests.
• Assess incoming reports and set the right actions in motion.
• Plan maintenance activities and manage deadlines and priorities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure clear instructions.
• Monitor progress and check the quality of completed work.
• Identify issues and adjust where needed.
• Ensure all information is correctly and fully documented.
