Swisslog Holding AG is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize, plan, and execute maintenance activities across the Netherlands. You will visit customer sites 40-60% of the time, coordinate shifts with the local team leader, and manage spare parts while ensuring safety and efficiency.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field and at least 2 years of maintenance planning experience in an industrial/automated setting.

As a Maintenance Planner, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You ensure that maintenance activities are organized, planned, and executed efficiently, helping us reduce downtime, improve performance, and create a reliable daily working environment. You’ll collaborate closely with technicians, operations teams, and suppliers, becoming the central point that keeps everything connected.You will spend about 40–60% of your time visiting customer sites in the Netherlands, ensuring strong collaboration and supporting maintenance planning directly where it matters most.
You will initially be employed on a one-year contract through our staffing agency, with the possibility of contract extension and a permanent position with our client.
