Job summary

Jobster is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join Europe's leading premium health and wellness group. You will ensure all equipment is fully functioning and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for members and staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining facilities across clubs, traveling between locations within your region, and upholding high standards of service seven days a week.

Qualifications

• As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone with technical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) - Essential
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or the ability to travel between clubs within your region
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure all equipment is fully functioning to safeguard members and colleagues
• Support club operations to provide an excellent member experience seven days a week
• Collaborate with team to uphold safety and environment standards
