Job summary
Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Maintenance Operative to ensure equipment is functioning and to prioritise safety for members and staff. The role supports delivering an excellent guest experience daily and keeps the club running smoothly across all areas.
The successful candidate will have practical skills in carpentry, plumbing, or single-phase electrics, a Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or similar), and a full driving licence to travel between clubs in the region.

- Strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills.
- Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs within the region.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all equipment is fully functioning.
- Keep the safety of members and colleagues at the forefront of all work.
- Give members an excellent experience every day, seven days a week.
- Play a vital role in the club's wellbeing.
- Act as an ambassador of the business and the heart of what the company does.
- Take pride in maintaining the environment in which the club operates.
