Maintenance Operative – Premium Health & Wellness Club
Location: Capelle, Netherlands
Contract Type: Full-time
Are you a hands‑on professional with a passion for high standards and operational excellence? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe’s leading premium health and wellness groups as a Maintenance Operative, working within a world‑class facility in Capelle.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a safe, seamless, and high‑quality environment for both members and staff. If you’re experienced in facilities or maintenance operations and take pride in creating smooth‑running, safe spaces — we want to hear from you.
- Maintaining and servicing club equipment and infrastructure to the highest safety standards
- Performing day‑to‑day repairs and technical checks (carpentry, plumbing, single‑phase electrics, etc.)
- Supporting pool operations (if qualified) and ensuring all safety protocols are met
- Proactively identifying and resolving maintenance issues before they impact service
- Supporting multiple clubs in the region where required
- Contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members
- Skilled in a technical trade or discipline such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work (essential)
- Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or equivalent) is a strong advantage
- Full driving licence or ability to travel efficiently between sites
- Proactive and self‑sufficient with strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Passionate about service excellence and working in a premium, member‑led environment
- Salary: €3,750 – €4,166 per month (based on experience)
